Esther Malikov Katzman

Died: 1948

Born Esther Malikov in Russia. Followed her husband Louis to America about 5 years after he arrived, around 1910. Her mother's name was Shayna Stara. A wonderful cook and knitter who taught her granddaughter Zena to knit. Made dill pickles and sauerkraut in crocks on the covered porch. Buried in the South Omaha section of Fisher's Farm.
